In the salts I've managed to penetrate the essence of the wild ingredients inside the salt crystal itself, establishing a wild salt crystal.

The natural syrups are meticulously prepared in correspondence with the seasons using only water, sugar and wild ingredients. Creating unique and vivid flavor sensations.
